Kylie Edwards has more than 15 years experience as a fitness professional. Her breadth of experience ranges from working with patients in Cardiac Rehab, teaching faculty wellness classes at prestigious California Universities to coaching all age groups to make better lifestyle choices.
With a strong Pilates background, sessions focus on correcting alignment and movement issues as well as functional movements specific to each client’s needs. Sessions are based around activities people enjoy, but also structured to ensure clients progress appropriately.
Inspired by lessons learned from a long history of competitive running, which included running the Australian Olympic Trials and an American track scholarship, Kylie has experienced first hand many fitness and nutritional programs and spent a lot of time with experts in the field in America.
