I am a fully qualified coach with a variety of sessions to suit your individual needs. I treat personal training as a way of enhancing your overall health and well being across all aspects of your life. The aim is not to feel trashed at the end of a session, but to feel invigorated and inspired.

Sessions can include Kettlebells, Pilates, interval training, TRX, running coaching, restorative exercises and strength training.

Sessions are one-on-one available at $65 per session or packages of 3 for $150.


I am qualified in Emmett therapy and remedial massage and have more than 20 years’ experience working with athletes and injury recovery and management. I have a portable massage table for the flexibility of massage treatments in your own home.
