Kylie Edwards has more than 20 years experience as a fitness professional. She has completed a double masters (physiology and nutritional sciences) degree in San Diego and now specialises in behaviour change and health coaching.

Her breadth of experience includes working with patients at San Diego Sports Medicine and Cardiac Rehab, teaching students and faculty wellness group classes at the University of California San Diego as well as coaching running and teaching the fitness specialist program at the San Diego City College fitness facility.

Inspired by lessons learned from a long history of competitive running, which included running the Australian Olympic Trials and an American track scholarship, Kylie has experienced first hand many fitness and nutritional programs and spent a lot of time with experts in the field in America.

Through this Kylie has developed a well-balanced approach to working with people, customising sessions ranging from fitness training, lifestyle and behaviour changes, or offering sound nutritional advice based on the latest research.

This ensures each person’s wellness goals are met effectively and efficiently. With amazing passion for her craft, Kylie’s thoughtful and sensitive approach to wellness yields sessions that are highly functional and engaging.
